4th of July Special: Pre-Smoked Wagyu Brisket & Beef Box

This box is the only way to get our Texas Wagyu pre-smoked brisket. We do not sell it on its own. It is smoked low and slow, fully cooked, and ready to heat, slice, and serve. No fire to babysit on a holiday.

Around the brisket is a full spread of Texas Wagyu beef. Wagyu burgers for the grill. Smoked sausage and snack sticks to keep everyone fed while the brisket warms. Summer sausage and cheddar for the table before the plates come out.

One box covers the cookout.

We make these in limited batches for the 4th. Order by July 2, or until we sell out.

• 5 packs Wagyu Ground Burger (one pound each, ten burgers)
• 3 Wagyu Beef Jalapeño and Cheese Smoked Sausage
• 2 Texas Wagyu Beef Summer Sausage with Cheddar Cheese
• 3 Texas Wagyu Beef Snack Sticks

Sausage, summer sausage, and brisket weights are averages and vary by piece.
